Bradley Company closed on a commercial condominium transaction at 60 Monroe Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, that was valued at more than $1 million.
Bradley’s Drew Nelson and Jeff Tucker represented the seller. The buyer, Springstead Bartish Borgula & Lynch P.L.L.C., will utilize the entire fifth floor of the iconic Grand Rapids building as its corporate headquarters.
Located in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, 60 Monroe Center was redeveloped in 2004 and consists of commercial and residential condominiums. The first five floors are commercial condominiums at full occupancy. Floors six-12 consist of 25 residential condominiums featuring expansive views and a host of amenities.
