Bradley Company broker Michael Horrigan represented the owner of Borgman Spell Farm and the Harold Trusts in the sale of 160.5 acres of land in Greenfield, Indiana.
The transaction began in 2019 as part of a two-phase take-down. The first phase closed in April 2020 and the second phase closed in May 2021.
After owning the property for three generations, the family made the decision to sell its property to Opus Development JV for $10.593 million. The developer intends to build a facility for Atkins Nutritionals as well as several other spec buildings.
