The tenant in the deal is DSV Global Transport and Logistics, which is leasing space at 1575 Arboretum Drive SE, Unit 402, in the Grand Rapids office park.
The tenant was represented by David Wiener, Steve Badgero and Bob Badgero of Colliers.
