Transwestern announced that Area Development, a leading magazine covering corporate site selection and relocation, has selected Bradley Migdal, executive managing director, to serve on its 2014 editorial advisory board.
“Brad is an expert when it comes to helping companies navigate the complex issue of site selection,” said Mike Watts, president of Transwestern’s Midwest Region. “He understands the economic challenges facing businesses today and can provide valuable insight into how to capitalize on the opportunities that exist among the various state and local markets across the country.”
Based in Rosemont, Ill., Mr. Migdal has more than a decade of corporate real estate experience and specializes in domestic site selection, location analysis and economic incentives procurement for companies across all industry sectors. He has represented a number of Fortune 1000 companies in corporate real estate projects, and last year helped to relocate Kenall Manufacturing Co. from Illinois to southeast Wisconsin, securing state, county and local incentives that significantly offset the overall cost of the project.
