Breakwater Commercial LLC will launch a commercial real estate firm in Madison, Wis. The firm will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of income-producing real estate, with an emphasis on the multi-family asset class.
Ted Krez and Rick Wilde, formerly of Colliers International, are the co-founders of the company.
“The barriers to entry into the Madison commercial real estate market have proven to be a significant challenge to the outside investor,” said Krez in a written statement. “We take into account each investor’s profiles and weighted concern for risk and price.”
