CBRE Group, Inc. has hired Brenda Crisp as managing director of Industrial & Logistics Asset Services for the Americas.
In her new role, Crisp will oversee property management, accounting, project management and engineering services for industrial properties in the Americas. She will also work closely with CBRE’s Strategic Accounts team and share her unparalleled insights and knowledge.
Crisp has 30 years of experience and proven leadership in industrial property management. The firm said her addition will further enhance CBRE’s service offerings in the industrial and logistics industries as both are reshaped by the rapid growth of e-commerce.
She joined CBRE from JLL where she spent the past six years overseeing the company’s management of U.S. industrial buildings as managing director of National Industrial Property Management.
