Morgan / Harbour Construction announced that Brendan O’Carroll has joined the firm as project manager. In this role, O’Carroll will work with the firm’s office and industrial teams, and be responsible for managing projects from conception through completion.
Prior to joining Morgan / Harbour, O’Carroll was with Focus Development and Reed Construction. He has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and has worked on both ground-up and commercial interior projects ranging up to 400,000 square feet and $70 million in value.
“Brendan consistently brings value-added results to his clients and is adept at finding solutions to complex projects,” said Ben Warriner, DBIA, executive vice president and partner with Morgan / Harbour. “His expertise, attention to detail and vendor relationships will be beneficial to our team and clients, and we are excited to welcome him aboard.”
O’Carroll is a graduate of Illinois State University where he achieved a bachelor of science in construction management with a minor in business administration.
