Brennan Investment Group has sold an industrial property located at 1870 General George Patton Drive in Franklin, Tennessee, in the Cool Springs submarket.
Brennan Investment Group owned the property in partnership with investor clients of Gatehouse Financial Group, an investment and banking services group of companies advised in the U.S. by Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC.
This property was originally purchased in 2013 as part of a 25-building industrial portfolio in a joint venture with subsidiaries of Gatehouse.
Todd Prevost and Jody Elder, of Avison Young, represented Brennan Investment Group in this transaction, and Tim Stowell, of Corporate Real Estate Advisors, represented the purchaser.
