Brian Quigley has joined the corporate office of Conor Commercial Real Estate as executive vice president, overseeing the firm’s industrial and office development activities throughout the Midwest Region.
In his new role, Quigley will provide strategic direction for the selection and acquisition of single site and multi-parcel land opportunities throughout Chicago and the Midwest Region. He will direct and manage the completion of both speculative and build-to-suit developments on behalf of the firm.
A 25-year veteran of the Chicago and Midwest industrial and commercial real estate markets, Quigley recently served as partner at Dermody Properties and was responsible for the company’s industrial portfolio within the Midwest. In this capacity, he oversaw build-to-suit opportunities, acquisitions and dispositions. Over the past three and a half years, he developed 2.5 million square feet of speculative industrial product throughout the region.
Prior to Dermody, Quigley served as Vice President of CenterPoint Properties where he oversaw the development of intermodal industrial business parks, build-to-suits, speculative industrial buildings and infrastructure projects throughout metropolitan Chicago.
Quigley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a licensed Managing Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois. He is currently a member of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association), SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), AIRE (Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers) and AICPA (The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
