Bridge Development Partners, LLC, has signed leases with four tenants totaling more than 246,000 square feet in two industrial buildings delivered in July 2015.
All American Containers of the Midwest signed a long term lease for 51,624 square feet at Bridge Point 94 Building I, 851-899 E. Park Ave. in Libertyville, Illinois.
This lease brings Bridge Point 94 I, which was delivered in July 2015, to 49 percent occupancy. All American Containers of the Midwest, a subsidiary of Miami-based All American Containers, one of the largest suppliers of rigid packaging in North America, is expanding from their current location in Lake Forest.
All American Containers was represented by Keith Puritz of Avison Young, as well as Rob Wheeler, Juan Rodriguez and Sky Groden of Cresa. Bridge was represented by John Hauser, Michael Fonda and Hugh Williams of Avison Young.
In addition, three leases totaling 194,000 square feet have been signed at Bridge Point McCook II, 8401 W. 47th Street in McCook, Illinois, bringing the building to 86 percent occupancy. In all three transactions, Bridge was represented by Vern Schultz of Colliers International.
– A lease for 36,440 square feet was signed with DHL Express (USA), Inc., part of the world’s leading postal and logistics company, Deutsche Post DHL Group; the Express division offers courier and express services to business and private customers in approximately 220 countries and territories. DHL was represented by Mark Baumhart and Jeanne Rogers of Arthur J. Rogers & Co.
– A lease for 94,152 square feet was signed with Video Equipment Rentals LLC, an AV, audio, broadcast and computer equipment rental company headquartered in Glendale, CA which operates more than 20 office across the United States. The move to McCook represents a significant expansion for their Chicago unit, which is currently located in Franklin Park. Video Equipment Rentals was represented by Sam Durkin of JLL.
– A lease for 64,057 square feet was signed with an international tire manufacturer.
