Bridge Development Partners hires Ken Verne as senior director of asset management

Bridge Development Partners, LLC announced that Ken Verne has joined the firm’s Chicago office as senior director of asset management.

He brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate to his new role, where he will be responsible for overseeing Bridge’s asset and property management division.

Prior to joining Bridge Development Partners, Verne served as senior vice president of asset management at HSA Commercial Real Estate in Chicago.

In that role, he was responsible for maximizing NOI and investment yields across a portfolio in excess of seven million square feet, including industrial, medical office, and flex office buildings located throughout the country.

Verne graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business Administration. He has been licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker since 2001.
