Bridge Development Partners, LLC purchased approximately 17 acres at NW 112th Ave and 146th Street in Hialeah Gardens, Florida, for the development of Bridge Point Crossroads West, a speculative industrial facility in Northwest Miami-Dade County. Bridge Development, which specializes in the development and acquisition of industrial properties, was represented in the acquisition by Wayne Ramoski and Gian Rodriguez of Cushman and Wakefield’s Miami office.

Bridge Development’s Principal in Miami, Kevin Carroll is leading the project, spanning 242,000-square-feet with 32-foot-clear ceiling height. The facility has excellent access to Florida’s Turnpike, Interstate 75 and North Okeechobee Road. The property will appeal to businesses of 25,000 to 150,000 square feet seeking state-of-the-art office/warehouse space with excellent interstate access. Delivery is expected fourth quarter 2015.
