Chicago-based Bridge Development Partners, LLC announced its purchase of 9.7 acres in Davie, Fla., for the development of Bridge Point Davie, a speculative industrial facility. Bridge Development specializes in the development and acquisition of industrial properties.
Kevin Carroll of Bridge Development’s Miami office is overseeing plans to develop a 145,800-SF, Class A industrial facility with 32-foot-clear ceiling height in this Broward County community. The site has excellent access to Interstates 595 and 95, Florida’s Turnpike, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and the Port Everglades.
Building completion is expected second quarter 2015. The property will appeal to new-to-market or expanding businesses of 20,000 to 145,800 square feet seeking new construction along with striking visibility and excellent interstate access.
