STREAM Capital Partners recently assisted in the sale of a 9,400 square foot Bright Horizons Daycare property located within the Hamilton Lakes Business Park in Itasca, Illinois.
The property is under a long term lease to Bright Horizons Daycare, who has been at the location for more than 25 years. It was sold to a West Coast-based private fund.
