Brinkmann Constructors recently broke ground on an industrial manufacturing building for NorthPoint Development, a Kansas City-based real estate development firm.
Located on the site of the former American Motors Corporation (AMC) headquarters in the Detroit market, this project includes the construction of a 794,000-square-foot manufacturing space for an automotive parts supplier.
The site’s original building remained vacant following AMC’s closure in 2010. Following the completion of this new facility, the community looks forward to revitalizing Detroit’s west side and bringing additional employment opportunities to the area.
