Brinkmann Constructors, in partnership with Lodging Hospitality Management, completed the construction of a multifamily community within Westport Plaza, a 42-acre entertainment district in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
This 376,000-square-foot multifamily community includes five stories of wood-framed residential apartments with 255 units and two levels of garage parking.
Offering one- and two-bedroom layouts, the luxury development features a variety of upscale amenities, including a club room, fitness and yoga center, and a private courtyard with a pool and spa. Humphreys & Partners Architects, L.P., served as the project architect.
