Brisky Commercial recently closed the sale of the Valley Green Business Center in Shakopee, Minnesota. The 114,000-square-foot industrial property sold for $8 million.
Broker Brian Brisky arranged the sale and represented the institutional buyer of the property located at 4895 12th Avenue East Shakopee.
Valley Green Business Center is located in the Valley Green Business Park, consisting of more than 2,000 acres of commercial development. It is near nearby amenities including Quarry Lake Park.
