A new mattress store recently opened in the Southport Centre, an Apple Valley, Minn., shopping center owned by Brixmor Property Group.
The 6,500-square-foot Mattress Firm was represented by Marlon Stone of Colliers International. Matt Johnson from Brixmor represented Southport Centre in the transaction.
