Brixmor Property Group recently closed four lease executions with Ross Dress for Less, including two in the Midwest.
The Midwest locations include a 27,500-square-foot store set to open in the summer of 2013 at Rivercrest Shopping Center in Crestwood, Ill., and a 25,000-square-foot location also to open in the summer of 2013 at the Clocktower Place retail center in Florissant, Mo.
