Colliers International recently brokered a 296,000-square-foot retail transaction at Grandview Plaza Shopping Center located in Florissant, Missouri.

Anchored by Schnuck Markets, the property was purchased by California-based Broadway Sycamore Partners, LLC, for approximately $10.5 million. Colliers represented the New York-based seller.

Colliers investment sale brokers, Jay Kerley and Dan Rossini, led the transaction. Both are vice presidents at the company specializing in single and multi-tenant retail investments. The property was approximately 68 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants in Grandview Plaza include Walgreens, Taco Bell, Fresenius, Old Time Pottery, Subway, State Farm, Great Clips and more.

The retail center sits on more than 33 acres at 100-400 Grandview Plaza. The property includes a total of three buildings, a Taco Bell out-lot and a Sprint Spectrum cell tower. The largest tenants are Old Time Pottery at approximately 86,000 square feet, Schnucks Markets at more than 68,000 square feet and Walgreens with nearly 16,000 square feet.
