Wes Short has joined the Bradley Company team as broker within the company’s Indianapolis brokerage department.
Short founded S&S Home Buyers LLC, a real estate investments company, while finishing his undergraduate degree. With this company, he built $60,000 in annual revenue and transacted on deals totaling $550,000. In addition, he generated more than 800 targeted property leads a month and assembled a network of more than 125 investors.
Prior to this, Short served as data analyst Intern at JLL, where he developed an in-depth database that tracks retail properties in the Midwest.
Short earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance and real estate.
