Sue Zickefoose of CBRE Dayton recently sold 3860 Towne Boulevard in Middletown, Ohio, to the International Union of Operating Engineers.
The property, which includes a single-story 6,875-square-foot building, sits on two acres of land. It will primarily be used for administrative purposes and chapter meetings.
After merging its Dayton and Cincinnati offices, the union needed a centralized location between the two cities.
