Robert Holland, a commercial broker with Cedar Rapids, Iowa-based NAI Iowa Realty Commercial, received the Jay W. Levine Award for Distinguished Service from the CCIM Institute.
Holland has worked with the institute since 1992 and was granted a Life Membership in 2009.
The award honors those CCIM members who have long served the organization. The award has only been given four times since its creation in 1996.
