Ryan Kuehl of Omaha’s Investors Realty, Inc. has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. A CCIM is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Kuehl was awarded this designation Oct. 15 in San Diego at the CCIM World Conference.
“We are very proud of Ryan’s accomplishment” said R.J. Neary, president of Investors Realty, Inc. “With 13 brokers on our team that have earned their CCCIM designation, we now have a higher percentage of CCIMs than any other company in the United States.”
Kuehl joined Investors Realty in 2014 as an associate broker. He now partners with fellow CCIM’s R.J. Neary and Ryan Zabrowski specializing in complex projects including multiple parcel assemblage, user representation in purchases or build-to-suit leases, and repurposing buildings that may have reached a functional or economic obsolescence.
