Brad King, a broker with RE/MAX Ability Plus’ commercial division, which serves Indianapolis and its surrounding markets, was named 2014 REALTOR of the year during the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS 20th anniversary celebration at the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Conference.
Nearly 250 commercial real estate professionals attended the conference, which was held at the NCAA Conference Center in Indianapolis.
King has been a broker with RE/MAX Ability Plus since 2011. He has more than 20 years experience in real estate marketing, project management, planning and zoning, economic development and regulatory assistance. He was formerly a staff member working for former Indianapolis mayor Stephen Goldsmith.
