Columbus, Ohio-based Red Gate Partners launched its Central Ohio-based brokerage and development company Jan. 1.
Started by industry veterans Kevin James, Micha Bitton and Tim Maly, Red Gate will focus on providing brokerage services for retail investment properties and leasing as well as the development and re-development of retail and mixed-use projects throughout Columbus and the Central Ohio region.
“We are excited to introduce the Red Gate platform to our existing clients as well as engage with new investors, owners and tenants,” said James, in a statement.
Red Gate’s leasing portfolio includes more than 2 million square feet of retail space throughout Central Ohio and represents a mix of local, regional and national tenants.
Red Gate Partners is active in the development space, with numerous investment properties in its portfolio. More recently, Red Gate redeveloped the corner of Whittier and High Streets in the Brewery District of Columbus, which recently welcomed new retail tenants Great Clips and AT&T as well as a number of new urban-living apartments.
Red Gate also recently redeveloped the corner of Thurman & Yeager in German Village. New tenants of this project include Fox in the Snow, Native Cold Pressed Juice, Stump, Balanced Yoga and W Nail Bar.
The new company will be located at 199 S. High St. in the heart of Downtown Columbus across from the Columbus Commons Park in a recently built out office space.
