William Frasch and Jay Pouzar of South Bend and Laporte, Ind.-based CBRE|Bradley recently represented A.M. Castle of Chicago in the sale of the A.M. Castle building in LaPorte, Ind.
The building is 110,000 square feet. The purchase price associated with the sale was not disclosed.
The building will be used for light manufacturing and light assembly.
