Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a 21,916-square-foot, dual-tenant retail center in Chicago. The asset, located at 707 E. 47th Street in the city’s Bronzeville neighborhood, sold for $3,390,000 to a family trust out of California.
Adrian Mendoza, Austin Weisenbeck and Sean R. Sharko, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a fund manager. The property is anchored by Dollar Tree and One Hope United and shadow-anchored by a $46 million, mixed-use building that features a Walmart Neighborhood Market.
