Brooke Jackson joins Newmark Knight Frank

Brooke Jackson has joined Newmark Knight Frank’s multifamily division as a vice president in the firm’s Chicago office. Jackson reports to Joel Simmons, executive managing director, and team, including Adam Levinson and Ben Greazel, both executive managing directors.

Previously, Jackson was a vice president at SunTrust Bank where she worked on direct lending via Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Bridge and Construction loan programs. Prior to SunTrust, she was an analyst at Situs where she underwrote CMBS loans for various major lenders. Before that, she was a production analyst at Centerline Capital Group (now Hunt Mortgage Group).

“Brooke brings a multifamily, agency-centric, capital focus to our team, as well as an excellent reputation and familiarity with the agency personnel,” said Simmons. “Her ability to navigate those programs, as well as having exceptional sector knowledge, compliments our conventional and structured finance lender roster as it relates to our multifamily clients and investment sales activity.”

Jackson, a past CRE Future Leader honoree, received a bachelor of science at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
