Brown Commercial Group brokered three industrial building sales totaling 35,128-square-feet in Chicago's suburban market, according to a statement from Brown Commercial.
Mike Antonelli of Brown Commercial represented both the buyer, Ewert Property Holdings, and seller in the sale of a 13,272-square-foot industrial building located at 161-167 E. St. Charles Rd. in Carol Stream, Illinois. The sale price was not disclosed. Ewert plans to lease out the remainder of the building and renovated about 6,000 square feet.
Antonelli also represented Real Neon, a sign manufacturer and installer, in two industrial building sales. The company sold its current, 8,176-square-foot property at 113 Official Road in Addison, Illinois to Mirek Construction, represented by Time Reardon of Smothers Realty Group. Real Neon then purchases a 13,680-square-foot building at 226 Adele Ct. in Villa Park, Illinois from a buyer represented by Jay Farnam and Jeff janda of Lee & Associates.
