Brown Commercial Group has completed a 15,519-square-foot industrial lease at 1185 Hawthorne Lane in West Chicago, Illinois. Sales associate Brian Lindgren represented the tenant, Extruded Solutions, Inc.
The tenant, a rubber extrusion business, is moving from Carol Stream, Illinois and expanding its space to add a new production line. Michael Androwich of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Lee George, LLC.
