Brown Commercial Group has completed one sale and three leases totaling 24,200 square feet in the Chicago suburbs. Two of the transactions involve newly formed companies, while another is for a rapidly expanding business.
“We continue to see significant businesses growth in the suburban marketplace,” said Brown Commercial Group senior vice president Trinity Scurto, who was involved in each transaction.
In the first transaction, auto parts company Mach 5 LLC, purchased a 10,000-square-foot building at 16660 S. Canal Street in South Holland, Illinois. RE/MAX’s David Whitehead represented the building seller. Mach 5 is a new business and will use the space as its offices and warehouse. Another new business, Mount Prospect Cultural Center, leased 1,600 square feet at 960 Northwest Highway in Mount Prospect, Illinois. James Conrad of McLennan Companies represented building ownership.
Scurto also represented Creation 4mation in the sublease of 9,100 square feet at 720 County Line Road in Bensenville, Illinois. The company has doubled in size over the past few years. NAI Hiffman’s Kelly Disser and Michael Freitag represented the building owner. In Elk Grove Village, Illinois, Scurto advised a private owner in leasing 3,500 square feet to Jade Mechanical Services, LLC and Construction Materials & Supply Resources, LLC at 101 Kelly Street Unit C. Arthur J. Rogers & Co.’s Brian Schmitz represented both tenants, who are combining into one unit.
