Brown Commercial Group, a real estate firm focused on Chicagoland-area office and industrial leasing and sales, has completed three lease transactions totaling 24,472 square feet in East Dundee, Elgin, and Wood Dale, IL.
Brian Lindgren, a sales assistant with Brown Commercial Group, represented the tenants in the first two transactions.
They include: Japan Machine Tools leased 10,250 square feet at 203 Christina Dr. in East Dundee, IL. as a showroom space for its machine inventory. Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial, represented the landlord, a private investor.
JNJ Enterprises, a roofing and siding contractor, leased 1,500 square feet at 1330 Crispin Dr. in Elgin, IL. Chuck Lucchese of Dearborn Construction was the leasing broker for the landlord.
In the third transaction, Mason Hezner, a sales assistant with Brown Commercial Group, represented Graphic Innovators, Inc. in a 12,485-square-foot lease at 852 Lively Blvd. in Wood Dale, IL. The tenant required additional storage space for its large printing equipment. The landlord was represented by Mark Baumhart and Brian Schmitz of Arthur J. Rogers & Co.
