Trinity Scurto, Senior Associate with Brown Commercial Group, represented Applied Communications in acquiring the 6,065 square foot, two-story office and warehouse building at 1015 Lunt Ave in Schaumburg, IL. The firm is expanding from a 3,781-square-foot office space in Roselle. Applied Communications specializes in the supply, design and installation of structured cabling and other low voltage systems.
Daniel R. Brown, President, Brown Commercial Group, also represented First Community Financial Bank, which owned the asset. Scurto represented both sides of the transaction in these other two transactions: —Essential Elevator has acquired the 3,000-square-foot industrial building at 10119 Franklin Ave. in Franklin Park, IL. The firm is expanding in the space and will use the building to grow its business of maintaining and servicing elevators throughout Chicagoland.
—All Construction Services leased a 3,000-square-foot space at 718 Morse Ave in Schaumburg, IL.
