Brown Commercial Group negotiated seven industrial transactions throughout Chicago’s suburban market.
Broker Collin Tyrrell negotiated four of the transactions, working with tenants in the manufacturing, heating and printing industries. They included two spaces at 1605 Dundee Ave. in Elgin, IL — an 8,629-square-foot lease (units D and E) for Lako Industrial, Inc., a scissor lift distributor; and a 8,500-square-foot lease (Units A and B) for Moonlight Slumber LLC, a manufacturer of dormitory beds. The landlord was represented in both deals by Adam Neisendorf of Plote Properties.
Tyrrell also negotiated:
· A 3,000-square-foot lease at 511 Jennings Dr., Unit B, in Lake in the Hills, IL for In Line Press Services, Inc., a parts warehouse for printing machinery. Heather Schweitzer of Premier Commercial Realty represented the landlord.
· A 2,125-square-foot lease at 2200 N. Stonington Ave., Suite 110, in Hoffman Estates, IL for On the Mark Heating and Cooling, Inc. Darren Nasatir of Urban Commercial Property Group represented the landlord.
Brown Commercial Group also represented both sides of a 3,080-square-foot lease at 490 Bonnie Lane, in Elk Grove Village, IL. Broker Candace Scurto represented the tenant, New Fasteners are Here. Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented the landlord.
Hezner also represented the seller, Duggals LLC and Scurto represented the buyer, Shilkus Properties LLC in a 5,000-square-foot building sale at 1540 Jarvis Ave., in Elk Grove Village, IL. While the property was listed for lease, the Brown Commercial Group team was able to negotiate a sale agreement to fit the needs of both parties. The sales price was $360,000.
Scurto also represented the buyer, Cargo Trans LLC, in the acquisition of a 5,916-square-foot building at 1221 Jarvis Ave., Elk Grove Village, IL. Jason Shibata of JBS Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, a private investor.
