Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 10,000-square-foot industrial sales transaction in the Chicago market.

Broker Pat Crowley represented NetInformatik in expanding its presence in the market with the acquisition of 902-904 Morse Avenue in Schaumburg, Illinois.

NetInformatik is an IT consulting and management company. Crowley also represented the seller, Buildingstars Commercial Cleaning Services, an office cleaning business.
