Brown Commercial Group brokers 3 industrial transactions in Chicago suburbs

Brown Commercial Group, based in Elk Grove Village, brokered three industrial transactions totaling 28,300 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.

Mason Herzner of Brown Commercial represented MHT Luxury Allows in leasing a 16,000-square-foot distribution space at 2351 Brickvale Drive in Elk Grove Village. Brad Bullington of GC Realty represented the landlord J&R Investments.

Brian Lindgren of Brown Commercial represented Schwanog, a manufacturing company, in leasing 7,300 square feet at 1301 Bowes Rd. in Elgin. Lindgren also represented the landlord.

Lindgren also represented Accurate Combustion and Controls, a boiler contractor, in leasing 5,000-square feet at 3668 Swenson Ave. in St. Charles. Ted Gates of CBRE represented the landlord, Liberty Property Trust.
