Brown Commercial Group has negotiated five industrial real estate transactions in Chicago’s west and north suburban submarkets.
In the largest transaction, Brown Commercial Group represented both tenant, MTF Logistics, and building owner, Agellan Capital, in the lease of 12,625 square feet at 483 Heartland Drive, Unit A in Sugar Grove, IL. The tenant, a management and consulting company, was previously located in Bartlett, IL.
Brown Commercial Group Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented OM Enterprise Group LLC in leasing 3,080 square feet at 470 Bonnie Lane in Elk Grove Village, IL for its expanding medical supply business. Hezner also represented the landlord, SFP Bonnie, LLC, an investor.
The three sales included:
- Broker Pat Crowley represented a private luxury auto dealer in its acquisition of 1433 N. 1st Avenue in Melrose Park, IL from a private owner represented by Brown Commercial Group Senior Broker Jim Pietrarosso.
- Broker Maria McNeil represented a private seller in its disposition of an industrial condo at 1585 Beverly Court, #133 in Aurora, IL to a private buyer represented by Jameson Commercial Group’s Rich Gardella.
- Broker Candace Scurto represented Dalis Distribution Company in its acquisition of 1000 Brown Street in Wauconda, IL from a private owner represented by Platford Real Estate’s Kris Merritt.
