Brown Commercial Group negotiated an industrial building sale in the Chicago market that will allow a medical equipment business to expand its operations.
Broker Luke Dummitt represented the buyer, Acevision, in acquiring the 18,500-square-foot industrial building at 155-179 Oswalt Ave. in Batavia, Illinois.
Acevision is an established ultrasound sales, parts and repair provider that was based in St. Charles, Illinois.
The seller, Robart Manufacturing, has had a long-term business relationship with Brown Commercial and was represented in this transaction by Managing Partner Dan Brown, SIOR.
Dummitt also represented the seller in a move to a 2,685-square-foot space at 39W963 Midan Dr., Unit 2 in Elburn, Illinois.
