Brown Commercial Group negotiated six industrial transactions in the Chicago market for businesses that were looking for new space to expand their operations. The transactions were all completed by Broker Collin Tyrrell and supported businesses in the landscaping, transportation, retail, and printing industries.
The largest transaction was a 12,245-square-foot lease at 6635 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago for Greenpost, Inc., which is expanding its space near its existing operations. Tyrrell also represented the landlord.
Tyrrell represented Douglas & Company in leasing a 5,500-square-foot building at 35 N. Skokie Highway in Lake Bluff, Illinois. The property also includes 22,700 square feet of outdoor storage, which is in high demand in today’s market. The tenant operates a landscape masonry business. Jon Schiller of Skokie Valley Properties represented the landlord.
Tyrrell also negotiated:
- A 4,600-square-foot space for FL Cosmetics, Inc. at 28913 N. Herky Drive, Unit 307 in Lake Bluff, IL. The company is expanding and needed more storage and distribution space. Peter Kakenmaster of Kakenmaster & Associates, Inc. represented the landlord.
- A 4,100-square-foot lease for RestorFX at 366-368 Lexington Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL.
- A 2,880-square-foot lease for Paul Davis of Express Air Coach at 637 Frazier Ave., Unit 7, Elgin, IL.
- A 1,980-square-foot lease for JC Printing Works at 4059-4061 Joseph Drive, Suite C2 in Waukegan, IL. He also represented the landlord.
