Senior Broker Mason Hezner represented the tenant, who was moving from a long-term location in Schiller Park, IL. Jim Conrad of McLennan Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord, McLennan Property Management Company.
Hezner also represented Koloni, a growing bike share and smart locker software company, in leasing a 3,250-square-foot space at 158-160 Touhy Ct. in Des Plaines, IL.
Broker Candace Scurto represented a private investor in selling 2,513-square-feet of warehouse space at 3319 N. Ridge Ave. in Arlington Heights, IL. The seller was downsizing its business and sold the space to Title Electric, which was represented by Ann Obara of BHHS Starck Real Estate. Due to the strong industrial market, Scurto was able to negotiate a price that was $10,000 higher than an adjacent space sold for in the past year.
