Brown Commercial Group busy in Chicago’s Western suburbs

Brown Commercial Group, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, recently brokered one sale and four leases totaling 31,435 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs.

Brown Commercial Group President Dan Brown and Senior Associate Mason Hezner represented ID Properties, LLC in its sale of a 18,670-square-foot industrial building at 165 N. Lively Blvd. in Elk Grove Village. The buyer, Haas Factory Outlet, will use the space to manufacture machine tools and rotary products. The buyer was looking for a larger space and plans to improve the building. American Realty Network, Inc.’s Sal Cinquegrani represented Haas in the transaction.

Brown Commercial Group also completed four leases recently:

• Brown Commercial Group Vice President Trinity Scurto represented cabinet manufacture Sestan Woodwork in a 4,165-square-foot lease at 1080 Bryn Mawr in Bensenville. Brown Commercial Group Vice President of Sales Mike Antonelli represented the landlord.

• Sales Associate Brian Lindgren represented Schwartz, Inc., a German manufacturer, it its lease of 3,000 square feet at 1665 Quincy Ave. Unit 123 in Naperville, Illinois. Mustang Construction’s Linda Helmold represented the landlord, Naper Small Business LLC.

• Scurto also represented St. Vincent DePaul in its lease of 3,000 square feet at 2486 E. Oakton in Mount Prospect. The church will use the space as a second-hand clothing distribution center. BNB Realty’s Barry Seiden represented the landlord.

• Lindgren also represented Nu Again Deck and Fence Renewal in its lease of 2,600 square feet at 1183 Pierson Dr. #117 in Batavia. Morken & Associated Jim Rigney represented the landlord, Howard-Lehigh Batavia LLC.
