Brown Commercial Group negotiated a 28,500-square-foot industrial lease in Chicago’s western suburbs for Beyoglu USA, a food manufacturing and distribution company based in Turkey.
Brown Commercial Broker Matt Hanson represented the tenant in leasing the space at 1425 Nagle Blvd. in Batavia, Illinois.
The company was looking for a U.S. industrial space and focused on the Chicago market because of its central location and access to major transportation routes. The building was previously leased to a food industry tenant and has the specialized power and infrastructure needed to support the new tenant’s needs.
