Brown Commercial Group negotiated two industrial transactions in the Chicago market totaling 50,726 square feet.
Broker Matt Hanson represented JIE USA Inc. in more than doubling its warehouse capacity with a move to a 38,886-square-foot space at 279 Madsen Drive, Unit 101 in Bloomingdale, Illinois.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant was previously in approximately 15,000-square-foot space at 493 Mission Street in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Hanson also negotiated the acquisition of an 11,840-square-foot, two-unit building at 1500-1514 Wrightwood Court in Addison, Illinois. Sirman USA purchased the property for distribution and light assembly.

Sirman USA is moving from an 11,000-square-foot property at 9490 Franklin Avenue in Franklin Park, Illinois, to gain higher ceiling heights, dock access, and the benefit of lower taxes in DuPage County. While the buildings are similar in size, the taller ceiling in the new space will allow for more racking and ease of flow for their products.
