Brown Commercial Group negotiated the sale of a specialized industrial building in Chicago’s northwest suburban market, generating multiple offers and securing a $1.51 million price that exceeded the asking price.
Vice President of Sales Mason Hezner represented the owner of a Carstar autobody franchise in selling the building at 3212 S. Nordic Road in Mount Prospect, IL. The sales price was $110,500 over the asking price.
The buyer, 3212 S. Nordic LLC, was represented by Matt Kotapka of Executive Realty Group, LLC.
Brown Commercial Group also negotiated a 5,650-square-foot industrial lease in the O’Hare submarket. Broker Candace Scurto represented the landlord, a private investor, in securing a tenant for the space at 975 Cris Circle in Elk Grove Village, IL. The tenant is Chicago Filter Supply Co, a filter supply company that will be moving from a nearby location.
