D & D Plumbing has signed a lease for 3,635 square feet at 6300 Oakton St in Morton Grove, IL. The company will relocate from its current space in Skokie, IL in March 2015.
Trinity Scurto, Senior Associate, and Brian Lindgren, Sales Assistant at Brown Commercial Group, Inc., represented the tenant in this lease transaction. The landlord, Lebony Realty Partners, was represented by Brendan Green of Colliers International.
“D & D currently has office space on the second floor in Skokie, but wanted to bring its operations to a ground floor space,” said Scurto. “There is a lack of available inventory with drive-in space in northeast Cook Co., where most spaces only have loading docks, but we were able to find D & D the drive-in access it needs for its service vehicles.”
Scurto also represented auto repair facility Horse Stable Automotive in its expansion lease for 3,500 square feet at 101 Kelly St. in Elk Grove Village, IL. Jim Milten of A. Jules Milten Industrial Realtors brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord.
Scurto’s third transaction was a 3,840 square foot lease for rock tools manufacturer Kemaico at 10929 Franklin Ave. in Franklin Park, IL. The company leased the warehouse space for storage.
