Brown Commercial Group, based in Elk Grove Village, IL, completed five lease transactions totaling 24,329 square feet in Carol Stream and Bloomingdale.
Suburban Cash and Carry, Inc. leased 12,000 square feet at 470 Mission St. in Carol Stream, expanding from 2,600 square feet in a Lombard location. Mike Antonelli, Senior Associate at Brown Commercial Group, Inc., represented the landlord in the transaction. Michael Androwich Jr. of Lee and Associates represented the tenant.
Brown Commercial Group also completed a 2,534-square-foot lease for Intermodal Container Carrier, Inc. at 255 E. Lake St. in Bloomingdale, IL. Antonelli represented the landlord and tenant, a freight and logistics company.
Antonelli also completed the following three leases, which helped bring the occupancy in two adjacent complexes in Carol Stream, IL to 100 percent: • Two, 3,265-square-foot leases at 205 Kehoe Blvd, a 25,000-square-foot complex near North Ave. and N. Gary Ave. Antonelli represented the landlord and tenant in bringing in PuroClean Property Restoration, which doubled its size, moving from another Carol Stream location. The second lease was for VSI Radon Reduction Corp. , represented by Cheryl Shurtz of ReMax Suburban. Antonelli represented the landlord. • A 3,265-square-foot lease at 195 Kehoe Blvd., an adjacent 25,000-square-foot complex owned by the same investor. This lease, following the two previously noted for 205 Kehoe Blvd., was the third lease Antonelli completed for the landlord within a 60-day period. This brought the combined 50,000 square feet of space in the complex to 100 percent occupancy.
