Brown Commercial Group completes four lease transactions totaling nearly 12,000 square feet in the Chicago suburbs.
Senior Associate Trinity Scurto represented the tenant in three of the lease transaction:
-Aekll Products, a welding company, leased 3,500 square feet of space at 9136 Medill Ave. in Franklin Park, IL. The landlord was represented by Chicagoland Brokers.
-Gamon Inc., a creative solutions company, leased 3,140 square feet of space at 832 Foster Ave. in Bensenville, IL. Brian Silverman of JBS Commercial Real Estate represented the building ownership.
-Kitchen & Bath, Inc., a kitchen and bathroom design company, leased 3,635 square feet of warehouse space at 10915 Franklin Ave., Unit B in Franklin Park, IL. The company expanded into this second facility. The landlord represented itself in the transaction.
-In the fourth transaction, Brown Commercial Group’s Gay Crain, a vice president and principal, and Senior Sales Associate Mike Antonelli represented GI Sports, Inc. in a 1,662-square-foot lease at 120 Easy St., Unit 12 in Carol Stream. The tenant is a paintball supply and distribution company. Crain also represented the ownership, Grove Property Group LLC.
