Brown Commercial Group completed six industrial lease transactions totaling about 11,000 square feet at the Touhy Court Industrial Complex in Des Plaines, IL.
These transactions were completed within 60 days and helped boost occupancy to 97.4%. There now is only 1,726 square feet of space for lease in the building.
Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group, represented the landlord in all six transactions; Mason Hezner, Sales Associate at Brown Commercial Group, was involved in all six transactions, assisting the tenant in the first four transactions and the landlord in the other two. The transactions include:
– At 112 Touhy Court, Quality Building Solutions signed on for 1,755 square feet. – At 158-160 Touhy Court, TCH Construction, Inc. renewed its lease for 3,249 square feet. – At 124 Touhy Court, Xtreme Cover Bands, LLC signed a 1,147 square foot lease. Dan Brown represented the landlord and Mason Hezner represented the tenant in all three transactions. – At 110 Touhy Court, Professsional Masonry Resoration, Inc.signed a 1,690 square foot lease.
The other two transactions involved Brown and Hezner representing the landlord and cooperating brokers representing the tenants:
– At 128 Touhy Court, Southern Air, Inc. signed a 1,438 square foot lease. Southern Air was represented by Steve Galindo of Berkson & Sons, LTD. – At 172 Touhy Court, Car Wraps & Graphic, LTD. signed a 1,692 square foot lease. Car Wraps & Graphic, LTD. was represented by Jeff Piser with GC Realty & Development LLC.
The property is owned and managed by SFP Commercial Real Estate in Chicago. Their efficient management has been essential in completing these transactions, as they completed all the work necessary to improve the building to meet tenant needs.
