Brown Commercial Group has negotiated three industrial transactions, two leases and one sale, totaling 24,775 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs. Brown Commercial sales associate Brian Lindgren completed all three deals.
In the first transaction, Lindgren represented a private investor landlord in its lease of 11,375 square feet at 1130 Carolina Drive, Unit F, in West Chicago, Illinois. This was a new location for the tenant, Gilberts, Illinois-based Ewing Irrigation Products, Inc. The lease includes outdoor storage, which is in limited supply in today’s market. CBRE’s Jack Brennan represented the tenant.
Lindgren also represented McNally’s Heating and Cooling in its purchase of a 10,400-square-foot building at 3483-3491 Swenson Avenue in St. Charles, Illinois. The buyer was expanding into a larger space for its growing business. The seller, a private investor, was represented by Lee & Associates’ Andrew Block.
Finally, Lindgren represented hydraulic repair company Wor, Inc. in its lease of 3,000 square feet at 1711 E. Wilson Street in Batavia, Illinois. The property also includes a 3,000-square-foot yard for storage. Brown Commercial Group vice president of sales Mike Antonelli represented the landlord, a private investor.
